How we work
Our relationship with a prospective client typically begins with an initial consultation, free of charge, when we explore the main issues with a senior decision-maker from the company and identify where the principles of brand development and marketing might be of commercial benefit. From this we will prepare a report with our recommendations. If the client chooses to proceed, we will move on to drawing up a contract for our services.
Typically, the first step is a programme of research, which is carefully designed to reveal the key issues affecting the relationship between the client company and its marketplace (senior management, staff, customers). This is fundamental to successful brand development.
With the benefit of this research data we will then interrogate the company's objectives, aspirations and marketing prospects. We will turn them upside down, take the audience's viewpoints and challenge traditional routes of thinking. This process involves regular discussions between our experienced professionals and key decision-makers of the client company.
A new strategy for the company's brand development and marketing will emerge and we will offer our recommendations for their successful implementation. We can also supervise the introduction of the planned changes if the company wishes.
We will also offer to follow up the company's progress thereafter with a view to modifying the strategy in the light of experience.
For each project we undertake, we will build a team that can provide the necessary expertise and we have an established list of Associates who we can call upon to provide services that are beyond our zone.
